PRE-ORDER, RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGES

 

Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit only.

PRE-ORDER
Items that say available for Pre-Order ships in 4 weeks from order date. Your payment will be captured immediately in order to guarantee your order. 

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, package, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, etc. & it's non-exchangeable. 

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please use customer service email info@justextensionshair.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

PLEASE NOTE
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.
• If your item is undeliverable and physically returned to us for any reason, you will automatically receive a store credit minus all shipping fees. If you choose to still reorder your order that was returned to us you will have to pay additional shipping fees on the new purchase.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Just Extensions reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

POTENTIAL FRAUDULENT OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc. We also reserve the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED. Please be aware that for security reasons, we do not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.

We DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES
Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.
