Just Extensions offers valet and meter parking.

Just Extensions is a hair extensions only salon and there are no refunds on services. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please ask for the manager before leaving the salon.

Starting January 2018 there will be a $50 refundable deposit to schedule an appointment if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Clients who book a same day appointment their despot will be non-refundable.

All hair sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

Payment is due at the end of your service, however clients who have appointments after 4pm must pay in advance for security reason.

To receive package, advertise prices you must arrive with your hair already shampooed, blow-dried and free of product. In the event your hair isn’t shampooed and blown dry there will be a $20 shampoo and blow dry charge. If your hair isn’t fully dry, sit under dryer services are subject to a $10 fee and/or your appointment time pushed back.

Just Extensions is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to extension 

After your service we advise all clients visit our website and read our at home maintenance tips to keep your extensions lasting longer and prevent any breakage.

Just Extensions is not responsible for thinning, breakage or balding of your natural hair due to hair extensions application.

Just Extensions aims to exceed your customer service experience, in the event you are not satisfied with your service or experience please address your concerns with the front desk concierge at time of service.

Clients receiving weave removals and applications re-installs must arrive one hour before closing.

Salon package requires that clients bring two packs of hair. There is an extra charge per bundle for using more than two packs of hair.

Just Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left in the salon.

Only one promotional offer can be used per visit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks. In the event that your credit card is declined, we will need a copy of your driver licenses.

We are not responsible for any hair purchased, in or outside our salon.

We do not perform services on applications installed outside of Just Extensions.

No personal use of salon equipment.

In the event a client must leave the salon while being serviced a ten (10) minute grace period will be honored before moving to next client.

Children and men are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced.

Guest of Just Extensions client’s guest must wait up front. No Exceptions.

Small pets are allowed in a carrying case ONLY.
